Privacy — public beta

What we hold, and how to get it back.

This is a plain description of what the product stores during the public beta. It is not a substitute for a negotiated agreement.

What is stored

RecordWhat it holds
Account & membershipEmail, name, workspace, role, and session records.
Workspace contentCompany instructions, saved memory, agents, runs and their messages, steps, artifacts, automations, and skill installations.
Connector recordsWhich provider is authorized, its state, the scopes reported, and when it was last checked.
Credit recordsAn append-only ledger, reservations, and itemized usage receipts.

What is not stored

Provider access tokens are held by the connector broker, not by us. They are never written to our datastore, never placed in a prompt, and never returned to a browser.

Model providers

Message content is sent to the model provider that runs the turn. It is subject to that provider’s terms.

Getting your data

Settings has a full export: a single JSON file with everything above except credentials. A deletion request from the same page pauses the workspace immediately and is tracked until erasure completes.
